Another wave of the bi-weekly Gauge Vote has been completed and the votes are in. This round, over 174,000 BEETS were offered as BEETS bounties.

BIP-49
Last week we explored BIP-49, a proposal outlining the plan to establish a new BEETS bridge between Optimism and Fantom. The proposal will also see a new migration contract, meaning existing multiBEETS can be transferred to the new L0BEETS contract.
And we’re proud to announce, the proposal passed with flying colors! And as we speak the tech team is hot on the case. It's time to reignite BEETS on Optimism!
BIP-50
Next up to vote we have BIP-50. This proposal seeks to reimburse users who lost funds in the recent Dollar Dollar Bills exploit. Those affected would receive a full reimbursement from the DAO treasury equal to that of which was lost.

Did you just say multi-chain governance?!
That's right, this week we welcomed a brand new 8020 pool from Paraswap on Optimism. Not only are they harnessing the elegant beauty of 8020, but Paraswap will also be using this masterpiece as a L2 governance pool which will be working hand in hand with their current ETH mainnet pool!
If we’re not pushing the innovation ourselves we’ll do our best to facilitate it!
