Ahead of getting well acquainted, let’s begin our sonata with information on the recently closed BIP-72.
Since the passing of BIP-67, the DAO have given the green light on starting a Beethoven X validator for Fantom which will include a self-staking of 100,000 FTM.
BIP-72 is a proposal to self-stake another 100,000 FTM from DAO’s treasury which increases the maximum delegatable amount of 1,500,000 FTM to 3,000,000 FTM.
Reminder: BIP-67 will continue its course of action, persisting with the plan to migrate the validator to Sonic once the chain is live.
