Protocol Sweep
It's time for protocol revenue results for the month of April:
At the time of collection, fees totalled $47.3k
🔵 $15.6k (33.0%) of the fees were generated on Fantom
🔴 $28.2k (59.5%) were generated on Optimism
⚫️ $3.5k (7.5%) were generated from sFTMx
Compared to March results:
⬇️ Fantom fees decreased by 42.0%
⬇️ Optimism fees decreased by 46.1%
⬆️ sFTMx fees increased by 26.4%
Note: In March we had 3 fee collection periods on Optimism compared to the usual 2
Collected fees were deployed in the following way:
Held on Optimism:
- $22.2k was used to buy OP to be paired with our Optimism grant and used as incentives
- $2.3k was used to buy OP to use as Roast Beets incentives under BIP-52
Treasury:
- $8.8k was converted to 12978 Fantom Menace BPTs
- $2.6k was saved as USDC on Optimism treasury
- $1.1k will be used to acquire vlAura
maBEETS voting incentives:
- $10.4k was used to obtain 15389 Fantom Menace BPTs to be used as Fantom gauge vote bounties in May.
Governance
Maestros, a new governance proposal has entered the discussion period. This one’s pretty straightforward, so we’ll keep it snappy.
The proposal will see the migration of DAO treasury lzUSDC to the network's new canonical stablecoin, USDC.e.

Gauge vote
The weeks are just flying by and the next round of the Beethoven Gauge Vote is just on the horizon.
